Over a half century ago the Johnks started making confections for family, and friends. Our passion for unique gourmet confections has grown over the years along with our friends and loyal customers. We are thankful for our customers and appreciate those who share their taste experience with others.

Although our business has expanded we still insist on local fresh ingredients for our made-from-scratch recipes. Lum Hollow Confections are handmade in small batches and shipped the same day they are made to guarantee that same quality and taste that started it all over 50 years ago.

We go right to the growers of our corns and nuts, and insist on current fresh crop and careful handling to insure maximum freshness and flavor. Our desire is to hand-make extraordinary confections for your friends and clients that will be a great reflection of their true worth and value to you!

We believe popcorn is only as good as the corn kernel. Our corn comes to you directly from our long-time friend and grower, whose family has grown and supplied premium corns for over two generations. We have purchased their corns for years, and after taste-testing many others, we still believe their special, tender-sweet varieties are unparalleled for both taste and texture.
